Telephone - If ordering by telephone please phone 01329 835115. Please have ready your credit card details, product wanted, with size and colour and your address. Please bare with us as we are an English speaking company.
Email - Please email us an order or for any queries. You can email us with your details or pay by phone by leaving your number with us or send a cheque in the post.
Fax - Feel free to fax your order on 01329 836243. Please include a telephone number to allow us to call you back to collect payment details or fax through your details.
Post - We can also receive orders via post. Please send a cheque with your order, covering postage and packaging as well with your name, address and telephone number. Please send to Shedfield Nursery and Equestrian, Botley Rd, Shedfield, Southampton SO32 2HN.
Shedfield Nursery and Equestrian reserve the right to change or alter any prices of our products, when necessary. We do however try to keep our prices low. The prices shown are including tax, unless stated otherwise.
Shedfield Nursery and Equestrian also reserve the right to discontinue any products from our online catalogue.
Shedfield Nursery and Equestrian provide a postal delivery service for you. However there will be a delivery charge on top of your purchases. Orders that are collected will not have a delivery charge; please state that you will be collecting your order. Orders that are received by 10.30 am will be despatched that day when possible.
Returns - If returning any products please ring on +44(0)1329 835115 for a returns number. You will also need to quote your order id and state the reason for returning the products. Please return the products in their original packaging.
If returning the products due to damage during transportation please send them to us. You will be reimbursed for the postage cost incurred after the products have been inspected by us. New products or a refund will be given if deemed genuine.
If returning products due to the wrong sizing / suitability, then you will be charged for delivery costs.
If returning a product because it is faulty, we will send the products back to the supplier on your behalf. We will give you a full refund or send a replacement product if the supplier feels the product is faulty. We will refund you the cost of delivery sending it back to us.
The delivery time allowed will start from when the order has been completed. As a customer you will recieve an email stating when your order is complete. Please allow for the delivery time allocated.
We are also a retail outlet, orders at the weekends may not be completed until Monday
Shedfield Nursery and Equestrian hold the right to change the terms and conditions whenever necessary.
